Pozdravljeni, decembra 2011 smo vložili v novo kabelsko doma Telekom označeni FKS TK59, s štirimi barve žic: oranžna, rdeča, modra, črna.

Zdaj imamo za pritrditev kablov RJ11 vtičnico v hiši (novo enotno), imamo še vedno line (čakamo na vklop) in želimo vse, da bo pripravljena za napad.

Vemo, da je dva in dva kabli so kabli ostane "mrtev", ali kdo ve, kaj so? Hvala in srečno novo leto!

Aha to vse razloži. Iz tvojega posta zgoraj ni mogoče razvozlati kaj želiš. Če ne gre drugače, napiši angleško, nemško.

Mislim, da so kabelskega ponudnika in obstoječo inštalacijo zamenjali z Telekom Slovenije (FKS TK59). V hišo so očitno od razdelilca napeljali CAT5e sedaj pa ne zna priklopiti telefonske vtičnice.

Dejansko rabiš samo dve žički (imaš jih 8) - običajno je to modra in belo-modra žička. Če imaš klasično vtičnico z tremi luknjami spredaj priklopiš modro žičko na belo in belo-modro na rjavo (ali obratno je vseeno) - rumena (srednja) ostane prazna

My problem in English, now....

In december Telekom puts a cable branded FKS (Serbija) marked TK59 from street to our new single house... This cable is simply a shielded 4-cables telephone cable for underground and similar uses. The little internal cables have four colours: orange, red, bleu and black. Now with tester I know that no electrical current (line) is in, Telekom will connect. I would like to connect right on my RJ11 that I've on my wall the cables before Telekom comes, so it will be all right for line connection. I know that two cables will be connected and have to be on the two central contact in RJ11, the two others will be dead.

I ask you gently: anyone knows which cables (colours) Telekom will be connect for line? :dontknow:

They will tell you that when they come. Probably they will use 2 of them, the other will be spare. Usually they are nice, and will probably also connect the RJ11 and test the line.

Thanks, I sent you (Telekom and SIOL) emails about installation and type of service/contract, now we're waiting and we've not any reply. Please tell me if we must done anythingh or just wait Telekom/Siol at home.... Best Regards! Davide

Dear Sirs, now we've at home from 6 january your contract for PSTN to sent you in 8 days.

Please tell us if our new line it's technically right for support ADSL (reference Tomaj 133a) and if we can subscribe the SIOL contract phone + internet ( http://www.siol.net/Internet/Kaj_dobim.aspx ) and what we must done after this first PSTN contract to do the ADSL contract.

Hi, thanks we know, but we usually like know in first what we can have for money (written on paper or here, it's the same) before, and after give our signature on contract, no just words from a call center or similar, sorry... ;) Some our friends have done bad experiences about... :nonono: :d

Then you should write them an e-mail or a letter. A forum is not an official way of contacting anyone even though they do offer support this way. E-mail or a letter is not the same as phone or forum!

You can always record the phone converstation if you want to. Just make sure you let them know you are recording. But an e-mail to info@siol.net or a letter to the company should do much better.

There are weeks (...months...) that Telekom and SIOL DON'T reply our emails to ALL their email addresses ... :nonono: This forum is only one way to contact them... I hope they read and done somethingh... We write (english, italian, and "goggleBADtranslator" slovenian...) and hope :dontknow: but nothing happen. :sad:

Hi! The problem in communication (I hope...) was on my mail server that don't receive some emails and don't give me ... :blush: I'm sorry ... Yesterday I wrote Telekom by another mail address, and their reply ... I HATE Internet... :censored:
