Some question about one Ip in your Network
Hello, im from bulgaria and i want to ask why one of your ip 89.142.96.55 is in conflict with my MAC address, my provider doesn't know why too.The Mac address is the same that i use 00-1A-4D-84-**-** i will wait for your answer.

MAC addresses cannot be the source of a conflict. Could you tell us where the problem lies? What is not working because of this conflict? If this still is a problem you can easily spoof your MAC address an this should work the problem out.
