Ne morem pošiljati e-pošte na SiOL-ove e-poštne naslove

Težava se je začela pojavljati kakšna dva tedna nazaj. Ne morem več pošiljati e-pošte na SiOL-ove e-poštne naslove. Moja sporočila so zavrnjena z napako:

Recipient address rejected: Blocked - Your IP [46.249.202.39] has no
corresponding reverse (PTR) address. Ask your Internet Service Provider to
assign you IP with valid reverse (PTR) record.

Svojemu pondniku e-poštnih storitev sem poslal to sporočilo in dobil odgovor:

Well quite simply, their email servers aren't working properly as we do have reverse PTR record for that IP address and we have had this in place for a long time.

You can test this yourself by trying to type (in a terminal window): host 46.249.202.38

In any case I have switched the server back to using the default IP address to see if that helps - can you try resending the messages again?

Kljub temu, da so mi IP nastavili na default, še vedno dobim vse maile, poslane na SiOL-ove poštne predale zavrnjene. Zato sem jim poslal še en sporočilo, pa so odgovorili:

As rDNS is correctly set up for "spirala.org", I suspect this could be an issue with the mail server siol.net is using.

Prosil bi, da na SiOL-u preverite zakaj sporočila, ki jih pošiljam zavrača, čeprav so opremljena s PTR zapisom. Ali pa, če imate kakšen kontakt od administratorjev SiOL-ovih mail strežnikov, da se lahko z njimi pomenim glede te težave.

Problem je v tem, da se IP-ja ne ujemata:
