ponovno pišem zaradi izpada internetne povezave! Modem je potrebno resetirati vsaj 3-5x dnevno, težave se nam pojavljajo že od samega začetka in nihče ne naredi popolnoma nič! Tehink je že bil na obisku in je menjal modem, tudi nastavitve je pregledal in ni ugotovil nobenen napake. Na box-u imamo posneto kako izgleda naša slika in kaj "gledamo" !!
Kot sem že dejal, tole ne pišem prvič in vedno dobim enak odgovor rešitve za naš problem pa ne!
Kdaj lahko pričakujem da se bodo oglasili tehinki in izvedli meritve na naši napeljavi ? Problem se nam dogaja od kar smo podpisali za siol box in od tega je 4 mesece pa še vedno nič! Za storitev katero redno plačujem se pričakuje da bo delovalo brezhibno a mi ne ostane drugega, kot da začnem reklamirati račune in da se obrnem na zvezo potrošnikov slovenije in nas vse seznanijo o naših pravicah.

kot sem rekel tehniku, ki me je kontaktiral danes, da bom podatke še naprej posredoval v to temo.
Po pogovoru s tehnikom naj sama težava ne bi bila v strojni opremi vendar v sami naročniški shemi saj naj bi imeli zabeleženo da uporabljamo kar 3 televizije. Zanimivo je tudi to, da ko smo naročili siolbox je bila potrebna tudi nadgradnja hitrosti in sicer iz 5/2 na 5/5 Mbits....ko sem to omenil tehiku je rekel da kaj takega načelome ne drži in da ne ve zakaj so to storili.
Skratka, predlagal je da začasno preklopimo na staro konfiguracijo pretoka podatkov ( 5/2 ).....no težave so se po dobrih treh urah vrnile.
